This is genuine insanity. I have only ever opened 2 Pokemon Go booster packs and pulled these from each of them.

I have seen some complaining about inconsistent hit rates in these packs, and I opened these two about 2 years apart and pulled these from each of them. I make a habit of buying a few packs a week from my local gas station, and after a few weeks of them only having DR and JT, they restocked with PG packs and I pulled the one on the right.
