I hatched 438 eggs the last 2 weeks. I got 7 shinies. Only 1 of those was a new shiny. Hawlucha. This is why I mostly just use the free incubator.
I had terrible RNG with the Global Kalos Tour 10KM eggs! Kept getting 2KM, and 5KM eggs and the 10KM eggs I was getting kept hatching Kangaskhauns and Herracross! In fact the first egg I hatched was a SHINY Kangaskhaun! Idk about Klefki but I guess I'll now have to wait until Hawlucha gets its Mega with a Mega Raid Day or something later to try and get its Shiny that way!
Luckily at least I hatched ONE Hawlucha for the Pokédex Entry! ☠️
Also I got my first fully evolved Shiny Pokémon from the Kanto pass. A Flareon! ✨️
I've felt whatever about hatching eggs for the longest time. It feels like without fail theres a stat thats always 11 or 10.

They will never allow you to toss eggs, they WANT you to use paid incubators to get rid of shit eggs.
10k’s have been good recently, I hatched a 100% Tinkatink so I’m holding onto that for comm day, I just wish they put frigibax back into the egg pool so I could at least try and farm candies for it by chance and hatch a decent IV one as well

From my understanding, the birds is only from incense not adventure incense. and the reason why the result is so skewed is because their biome spawns.

If they cared about game balance the elite tms would be deleted from the game plus giving pokecoins for the number of elite tms players had with the normal tms working the same way that elite tms do now letting you pick the move you want instead of the random moves they give they are not doing it because they sell bad shops boxes in the shops that have elite tms in them.
It’s crazy how you always mix up Larvesta and Larvitar, & Volcarona and Volcanion. It’s like the 3rd time the last 14 days😂

Rather get rid of 10 and 12 km eggs because they're exhausting, egg hatching needs a rework
They want u to go out walk 2-12km and spend Money on it just to get some trash pokemon most of us dont even want yh nah i only did buy incubators one during com day and ofcourse it was bugged the entire cday and only worked again after the cday after already Walking around for 3 hrs 😂 f off niantic
Eggs are loot boxes.
Can’t see a future where they allow you to delete eggs. Honestly I expect the opposite soon. Maybe they limit the eggs storage from 9 to 6, and increase the amount of 10kms from spinning stops and gyms 😊
