Hey, so My ETB has finally arrived this tuesday, everything inside was fine, but the promo card was damaged (look at photo). I tried to get a replecement, but today It got rejected, because too much time has passed since the day of purchase (6th January), because It was preordered of course. What's the point of replement system if most of the stuff has to be preordered these days If you want to buy a single product? Is there anything more I can do to get my replecement?
