PoGo deleted ALL of my special characters (with IVs for each Pokemon) and won’t let me save new ones

For context, whenever I have a 3 or 4 star Pokemon, I always put the stats in the name (ex. Rattata⑭⑭⑭) but with the new update it deleted EVERYTHING that I have saved from previous Pokemon and won’t let me add new characters onto my new Pokemon…that’s over 11k Pokemon that I’ll need to redo if they don’t fix this glitch!
