was feeling bored and decided to downscale Druddigon from its 5th gen sprite to see how it'd look at a 3rd gen. Cause i love the simplicity of Druddigon's design and it feels like it belongs in gen 3.
the stray pixels are intentionally there to make it look rougher, since a key detail of Druddigon's design is basically being made of stone-like scales
I had to pull everything in a bit, curl its tail, bend the wings, even pulling the right claw in a bit, so that it'd scale well with other gen 3 sprites. i tried JUST downscaling the gen 5 sprite and it honestly felt too small when scaled to fit the same resolution as other gen 3 sprites
