Hey so I'm sorta new when it comes to collecting. I recently got back into it and when looking through my old card collection I found this Nidoran which has the 1st edition stamp, but also the dual 99 copyright. Isn't that only with shadowless cards? Can they be both? I have other non 1st edition cards from base set and they only go to 98' with their copyrights. Just hoping to learn a bit more about the TCG!
