Kakatrol, the guardian pokemon. Kakatrol roam lush jungles and swamps, meditating in muddy water and fiercely protecting weak or injured pokemon. It often provides its neighbors shelter from squalls with its thick horns and leafy cape.
I only realized after drawing it out that his head shape sort of looks like a windmill. This is better seen with my first iteration of this design, shown in my Instagram @confusediodon.
