I don't know how else to describe it, but when I swipe (not drag) my Pokémon storage, it immediately stops if I'm in the top ~5% of the pokémon storage. Once I swipe down far enough, there's some "momentum" to the swipes.
In the video, I'm swiping as fast as I can up and down and you can see it immediately stop when I lift my finger, until I reach some arbitrary lower point when it becomes smooth. When I swipe back up to this top part, it stops immediately again when I lift my finger from a swipe.
Anyone seen this before and is there anything that can be done about it?
