This might be one of my favorit events besides the normal yearly events. Legendarys in the wild! OMG yes! I loved the hard catchrates because it means i really enjoy the ones i got even tho the IVs are trash and would normaly just be ginded to candy.
Yesterday i walk 21km with one friend. I am sure I saw over 60 Legendarys in total and manage to catch 5 of them. ALL trash IV.
Today i walked 14km with another friend and saw over 40 and caught 2 of them, trash iv of both of them.
It made me realize that the IVs doesn't matter because of the experience of seeing the wild ones and the excitement of legendarys in the wild. I will not transfer those 7 i got because of the memories they gave me. I have however transfered 1000s of legendarys over the years because the IVs are trash. The excitement to even catch one and share those moments with friends is what this game is about.
To do a raid and not even looking at the phone is not that fun and to even know the IVs before catching is not either that fun because you get the disapointment even before catching.
