I went to a card shop and they had this marked as damaged, it's got some whitening on the back but it looks exactly like every other card even a psa 10. I could be wrong, but I got this for $14.
I asked about the damage they were referring to and they said it was the damage in and around the katakana but I believe that's how the card was printed. I didn't push back as I don't know too much about cards from this era.
I love the card and a shining mega Gyarados for $14 is too hard to pass up
I am pretty confident it's in good shape and that's how the card was printed.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm not looking to grade it's just for my PC
