My Jolteon accidentally incurred the wrath of Zeus while fighting Koga

I don’t exactly remember how it happened, I think I went to the home menu as it was using thunderbolt and it caused this sound bite to play endlessly. Nothing I did made the noise stop until I saved and closed the game after beating Koga and healing at a Pokémon centre.
