Why does no one seemingly sell these loose in English? I can find full Japanese sets loose, but the only English ones are either single overpriced cards or a set still in it’s original packaging which is obviously way more expensive.

I just wanna get the 3 English Ruby and Sapphire BATTLE E packs, that's all. Is that so hard???? Hmmm?
