Mega Steelix Solo that has earthquake (Cloudy weather and zacian boost)
The main thing about this solo is that it has Earthquake charge move that makes it a really difficult and requires good rng.

One strategy that could help is CM Delay. Basically backload your Aura Spheres (after the boss casts earthquake) so that the boss is forced to use fast moves momentarily. Front loading aura spheres grants the boss 100 nrg immediately which increases # of earthquake potential rolls.
Zapdos Strategy uses CM Delay after the 2nd Zap cannon cast to prevent the 3rd zap cannon from appearing at an awkward time.
