Just hear me out on this.
Giratina's 2 forms that are fundamentally different and work in better fields that the other doesn't, with the Alernate form being a top tier Ultra league mon, meant to soak more damage aswell as being better for fast move pressure with dragon breath, dragon claw and shadow sneak being more spammy than the nuke archetype
while the origin is more offensive and nuke like preferably damage inflicting being more of a ghost type attacker running dragon tail/shadow claw, shadow sneak, and shadow ball and being more glassy being much more viable in the master league
unlike giratina with both versions of dialga and palkia 1 is clearly stronger instead of being either defensive/offensive with palkia origin clearly stack cliffing its alertnate counterpart
palkia origin having 286 atk, 223 def, and 189 hp
palkia alternate having worse attack and def with 280, and 215 [hp is the same]
origin dialga while having slightly weaker atk with 270 but better def with 225
alertnate dialga having slighly better atk but a bit less bulk with 211 [same hp]
even having higher cp so they win even more cp ties in pvp as well as being better raid attackers of their respective types
not to mention movesets with spacial rend and roar of time being basically draco-meteor but better and without drawbacks is there even a point in using them?
