Recently splurged on a Mewtwo GX 78/73 that went through the eBay authenticity guarantee. Upon receiving it looks like they wrote on the sleeve inside the card saver. Looks like a “91” to me. Anyone know if this has any meaning? Inspectors number? Couldn’t see anything on eBay’s site or the link they send with the card. Other cards going through this process that I have seen online don’t seem to have any writing on them.
