This event sucks if this is how they are doing spotlight hours from now on than its a FREAKING JOKE. I enjoyed the staryu foongus spotlight hours as it was the best hour to stack up on stardust or any of the spotlight hours with 2 times candy transfers

You ARE the Nate Diaz of Pokemon Go. You ain't wrong about the algorithm. I mean, I used to wait until a month or more into a new season before i'd pvp. And i'd go on a run. I was a scrub but i'd invested in good pokemon for great league … I'd run off 14 or max 19 wins in a row before getting to people who knew what they were doing. NOW, max 10. hardcountered after two 5-0 sets. Three seasons in a row. Started today, kanto cup. 5-0 rank one. 5-0 rank 2. third set. hard countered. 1-4. next two … 1-4 2-3.
It seems like it is impossible to go much above 53% winrate. That makes sense when legends battle legends. But to enforce that on scrubs! That's an algorithm.

at least there is literally no reason to go after the 6,99 one with 7 ranks.
i mean if they do run it with unlocked ranks all the way to 20:00 on Monday. then you could most likely get the pass done in one day anyway, since they boost the catch, hatch, and raid points on Monday anyway.
so yeah, you could easily just go hard on Monday and finish the pass in one day, even if you did not play at all in the week earlier.
at lest me who did not get enough Kalos mons for my research, because other gens saturated the wild pools and i focused more on the raids anyway.
So those Dedennes are something i will go hunting hard and at lest finish that first page on April 5
i went hard on maxout Monday for Pikacu's, only because it was everywhere and was also 250 mp battle.
how hard exactly? hard enough to go from 52 battles to 93 in one day for the lvl77 tasks.
'if i did not have that, i would not have even touched those Pikas.
Them taking away spotlight hour is like touching the third rail dawg
but with go pass you get bonuses almost at the end of the event
I like the go pass style more personally, it is all the same base mechanics but the passes look better and feel more fun each day
I've bought the past few GO Pass Deluxes. The progression system has hooked me and you get better rewards than just a timed research. Whoever came up with that idea deserves a raise. I'll be out for the Mareep spotlight hour. Bonuses or no, I can hit 100+ excellent throws in an hour on Mareep. With a lucky egg, that gets me that much closer to 203.

Overall I think moving to the go passes is just better, then the tickets
Also I believe for certain events like go tour that’s going to be ticketed but we just have to wait and see
As someone who never buys tickets unless it’s a majior event I like getting some free stuff
