when i first returned to Pokémon GO earlier this month about 2 weeks ago, my first shiny was a Ditto, i had thought i just caught another yesterday, it didn't even register that it had a little hat on, but as i was watching a Mystic7 video on YouTube and he said costumed shiny are pretty rare.. i was like wait a minute😅
