PSA ruining my cards :(

This isn’t a question or me looking for a solution just wanting to complain, so I hope this is allowed. If not I apologize.

I have graded cards with PSA two separate times and 2/3 of my cards have come back with debris in them. First time I did not notice until months later, making it outside of the 30 day window, and the second time I noticed immediately but they refused to fix it, stating that the largely noticeable debris didn’t affect anything. What’s worse is the lucario looks like it’s just a big scratch but it’s actually just paper fuzz or something.

I’m not even upset that this affects value or anything, just that I can’t get it out and I’m too scared to crack and regrade. These cards are extremely important to me to because the reshiram I pulled while in Chicago for a System of a Down concert (my favorite childhood band), and the lucario is one of my favorite pokemon because Riolu is my favorite and the whole reason I’m into pokemon. I only started collecting collecting in July of 2025 and graded these because I wanted them to be safe and because the reshiram was my first time ever pulling a chase card. The way PSA acts just makes me feel a bit bummed I guess because it reminds me that a lot of people in this hobby just don’t care about anyone else even their customers.

The contact with PSA was a couple months ago and I’ve given up on it but I’m bummed again because I’m now wanting to sell my reshiram so I can get a few cards, including the gold lucario from mega and the N’s plan SIR (my favorite trainer). The thing is thought I feel like if I list the card on eBay no one will buy because of the blue dust speck inside the slab and if I try to sell at a con not only will I get much less money for it but they may say no because of the debris and I don’t want to just be dishonest with people and hope they don’t notice. There’s a con I want to go to this month, or the one next month, and I want to try and get some of my chase cards at those but I don’t even have savings to use because I can’t work until I’m 18 and my birthday is this Friday.

Anyways, just wanted to complain while also confirming what I’ve seen a lot of people already say. PSA sucks. 🙁
