Was surprised to see an electric event so soon after the Wattrell event. Also, am I missing something or is there no main event from the 24-30? I know the Spring season is usually light and they are ramping up for Go Fest/Summer season. But this season seems very light/tame so far.

Hey Poke! Thanks for the news as always🫡 i got a ticket for Tokyo GoFest for Monday Jun 1st in the afternoon and I luckily had no issues with getting the wrong time or date assigned and no one from Niantic or Scopely have contacted me

Niantic & Scopely can plan the water starters Pokemon on May community day that makes near to grass starters Pokemon and fire starters Pokemon community day which fall in January and February respectively.
Have they only recently removed the 7 days of rewards after the community day? I feel like we used to get a free 7 day ticket after the event. I feel like they removed the ability to teach their move for a week after.

I know the ticket allows you to collect up to 6400MP on the day, but i what im curious about is:
Can we continuesly collect 800/820MP from powerspots until we have collected 6400, bypassing the softcap on 1500?
Or do we need to collect-spend-collect-spend etc?

Haven't hear anything about compensation on Tokyo ticket. When I first logged in I saw 5 days to choose from and the am/pm park experience time was weird. Before I pay the confirmation page showed the wrong time, then I thought are you seriously asking us to count the time zone when we purchase it! I went back and refreshed the page several times until the website was fixed. It took about 20 minutes. Fortunately, we got the date/time we wanted.

Just to clarify, Shadow Lugia code name is XD001 and not DX001. But honestly, Pokemon needs to bring the XD Version of Shadow Lugia to both Pokemon Go and the Main-line Series Games. It a awesome design and it's even has a Signature Move in XD: Gale of Darkness Called "Shadow Blast", which is a Shadow version Hyper beam.
