Luxray is by far my favorite pokemon, it has a great design and came in clutch several times during my sinnoh playthrough.
But holyshit game freak did my boy dirty. First of all it's move pool is absolute bunz. It ONLY has 2 moves (with the same base power of 65) to take advantage of its high physical attack Stat (it's sp. attack stat isn't bad but the fact that it can't take advantage of its high attack stat pmo). Another thing that kinda annoyed me is the fact it can't learn Thunder wave till post game.
Second of all for a Pokémon with good attack stats it dosent have the speed or bulk to make up for it.
I'd suggest game freak to number 1, give luxray a signature move so that it cn take advantage of that attack stat. Number 2, either buff it's speed or defense stats. (maybe give it a base speed stat of 95 and lower it's defense stats to 70 and 60.)
