
I don’t know what else to do. Yesterday my game glitched to where no matter what kind of battle I tried doing (raids or grunts) it would just freeze on this screen and nothing would happen. If I reset my app, all the Pokémon I used were fainted or my journal said I lost the raid even though it didn’t start. I used a remote on this Pinsir. I tried disconnecting wifi, restarting the app, refreshing game data, deleting and reinstalling the app, and resetting my phone but kept facing the same issue to the point the raid expired and I couldn’t join it anymore and lost my raid pass because for some reason the game registered me participating despite not showing anything.
I have submitted 6 separate tickets and the bot keeps telling me I completed the raid and can’t be reimbursed for my raid pass. This is overly frustrating that I can’t get ahold of a human being. And this isn’t the first time I’ve lost raid passes to some kind of glitch and never got it back. Like how is this legal that they can take my money, give a faulty service, and not compensate when problems arise.
Sorry about the rant, I just feel I’m out of options here. I feel like we are a joke to them.
