Starters for a prehistory inspired region (region name suggestions are welcome)

Eleafant, the Tree Trunk Pokemon (Grass type)

• "Its wooden trunk is strong enough to crush rocks, though it mostly uses it to flick away any oncoming attacks."

Sweltad, the Tadpole Pokemon (Fire type)

• "The bumps on its head can secrete a foul smelling slime to deter any opponents. This slime can also ignite when exposed to high temperatures."

Riffraur, the Water Dino Pokemon (Water type)

• "Its feathers are useful for keeping itself warm when diving, while its strong jaw quickly snatches its prey underwater."

I chose these three animals to represent different prehistoric eras:

Eleafant (Mammoth) represents the Cenozoic era, Sweltad (Gerobatrachus) represents the Paleozoic era, and Riffraur (Natovenator) represents the Mesozoic era.
