I'll be over in Osaka for a few days in July this year, so hoping to try and do these. My only issue is I'll be over with a mate and his kid, and with the days mostly planned out, would only have evenings from ~7/8pm on to do these. I'm happy enough to train around, but my only real concern is if the park areas they're in close in evenings. Just hoping anyone who's had experience completing this would be able to chip in some advice.

The pokestops are located in open parks, so you’re fine coming in the evening. Just be aware of the train schedule, since they are really spread out and require taking different train lines.

Edit: the link above doesn’t show the one in front of Expo 70 Park, so don’t forget that one. Get it after the one in Senri Kita Park, then proceed to Esaka Park.
Took me about 3-4ish hours traveling mainly by foot.might also wanna consider taxis to make it easier. From what i remember everything is accessible at night except maybe the ones inside of the expo park itself. The stop isnt too far in just need to get off the foot bridge
I’d recommend setting aside a full day to find them. I originally planned to just go in the evening, but some trains stop running after a certain time, and there’s quite a bit of distance between each location. Walking around late at night isn’t very enjoyable either.

Also, try not to go on a Wednesday—one of the spots is near Expo 70, and unfortunately it’s closed on Wednesdays. If you ever wanted to check it out as it has an abundance of stops at the park
Not an answer to your question, but I hope you have so much fun and find them all! I was in Japan for 2 weeks last year (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Fujiyoshida), and didn’t find out about the Stamp Rally until I came back. My wife and I are planning another trip and I’ll have to get them next time.
