Just something I noticed when playing Fire Red on my definitely very real Nintendo Switch 2.
Swimmers out at sea only yield a very small amount of poke dollars, even if you are late into the game (see comparison with a Fisherman trainer class on the same route in picture 2). This is presumably because they don’t have a bag with them/pockets, so can only keep a very small amount on their person. I thought it was a nice little touch, in the same way that the child trainers in the game only have small amounts of pocket money, and the Gambler class have much greater amounts because they’ve made a killing at the slots 👍🏻
