I call this alternate evo Charrog (Char + Balrog). I've tried to make them look distinct from each other and Charizard. My lore for Charrog is that it's from an alternate timeline where Charmeleon evolved into it instead of Charizard (and is the evolution method for it).
I do not have any plans for the other two middle stage Kanto starters but if it gets enough attention I'll do Ivysaur.
