If you have a golf course near you, some are beach biome
The beach on a sunny day would probably spawn Silicobra.

Wiglet does require some specific waters bioms like beach if irc, for example rivers dont count 🙁

isnt lapras a 1/64 shiny rate so unless they kept the recent changes where everything is now 1/512. lapras wouldnt be a 1/128 shiny right?
