Trying to get a Pokemon that’s really reliable and good for PVP is a nightmare. I admit I’m more of a casual player, but it’s such a downer to get one wit good IVs but the evolution would be just 10-50 or so above the league limit. There would be restrictions, such as not allowing a Pokemon that would not naturally be able to have a certain CP range (like a lot of legendaries, certain evolutions, etc.)
I’m gonna be real and say that I had no idea how this would impact PVP other than make it even more competitive but also more accessible to people like me with bad luck IVs and mons. Maybe someone with more experience in PVP can think of a better solution or whatever. I’m open-ears, just tired of this.
