Is this anything I should hang onto for any reason or is it just taking up useless space in my storage? I know it can't be evolved, and Combee is pretty much not helpful for anything unless it's the female version so should I just send it on it's way to the Professor or save it just in case someone wants it when I get to the level of remote trading with some friends? What would all of you do?

Keep it because it’s a hundo but if you don’t want it you can transfer it to Pro. Willow.
IVs change when traded so it remaining a hundo is unlikely.
You’ve had it sitting there for almost a year already, so it must not be too inconvenient to your storage
