Help! I have no idea what this is and can’t find it online anywhere

I mean yeah, sure, it’s a poster from the Pokémon Game Corner from PokéPark: Pokémon the Park 2005, but like, I can’t find any information on it at all, what it was used for, whether it was an insert given to guests, etc.

Does anyone have the esoteric knowledge I seek?
