Is this eevee worth investing in I want a good umbreon for the great league and I don’t want to waste an elite TM on it

You don’t need to use an elite TM, though performance may be slightly worse with only dark moves. But it’s a cheap build for great league so may as well build it and see how it plays
* I taught it Last Resort then regretted it and changed it. Then said ah it is useless anyways.
Last Resort really did not do any significant damage to warrant using it imo. Yes, it sucks if you fight a Dark mon who is now resisted, but literally the damage on Last Resort sucked. It wasn’t worth it even though sometimes I wish I had it.
Psychic sucks too… but in limited leagues (Psychic, Dark, Fighting) psychic lets you surprise the fighting opponent.
Mostly it is a beefy dark wall where you just push out as much charge as you can. If you don’t want to use an elite tm, you can get by without it for a long time (seriously though elites are cheap).
