Tasks progress but doesn’t exist

I keep getting this progress bar but no tasks anywhere. Does anyone know what’s up? And yes i bought the Go Pass for this electric event.

Edit: I am not a new player and Well, i checked both timed and special research and NOTHING. How am I suppose to do stuff I cant see??
