**Mega blissey concept!**-Since Chansey and Blissey are my favourite pokemon
**Stats:**
Hp: 255
Atk: 90
Def: 80
SpA: 50
SpD: 115
Speed: 50
-Atk is raised significantly to capitalise off the high damaging normal type moves such as body press or double edge, and its new ability
-Def is boosted to help Blissey survive and be a better staller
-SpA is lowered slightly to make room for more physical attacking blissey’s but isn’t too big of a drop to make her very good special moves useless
-SpD is lowered to compensate for attack as having blissey with such high physical and special defence is too ridiculous it’s still high but less now
-Speed is decreased slightly to compensate other stats and Blissey wasn’t ever outspending anyone anyways
**New ability: Back off!**
– (only works in doubles) when blissey’s ally drops below 20% blisseys natural instincts kick in and she is given
Redirection towards herself
2.0x AtK
Flinch immunity
And +1 priority
(All boosts are only for one turn)
Concept: the Chansey line is shown in the anime to pull off some great strength to aid allies in the anime
Signature move: “with love” 50dmg 100% accuracy normal type move
-Blissey launches an explosive egg with love into the battlefield
Damages both opposing pokemon for 50 damage each ignores def and SpD boosts but can’t be boosted by any attack or SpA attacking boosts
Heals ally Pokemon by 20%
**Design concepts**
The extra frills on her lower half are reminiscent of the extravagant details mega are usually given especially the Chansey clone audino
Her hair his two strands that loop that look like it’s pre evolution Chansey, while also being mixed in with extra voluptuous curls to elevate blissed original hair, the looped hair and nurses cap represent nurse joy which Chansey is seen accompanying at many points in media
The design isn’t over the top but I don’t think it needs to be
