Visual glitch it’s happened to me a few times. I don think it affects it medal progress unfortunely

It is using Unix year zero as the start time. It happens, I presume, because the datetime value was not set when the mon was placed. Some kind of network delay or similar meant the code cold not get the current time.
I think the time duration you get when the mon returns will be correct because it is relative to the zero time.
It is nice to see old traditions preserved. This kind of thing has been happening on Unix systems since Unix systems began. And, on every other kind of OS as well with different day zeroes.
