





I honestly don’t even know where to start.
Back in December, I sent out a FedEx tracked package to PSA with 57 cards across two orders. The package was marked as received on December 16th.
Fast forward to March 31st, I suddenly get an email saying the package was completely empty when it arrived.
Empty.
After being marked as received over 3 months ago.
I’ve now seen the photos they provided, and the box looks heavily damaged — but there are so many unanswered questions:
– Was this the condition it arrived in?
– Or did it sit somewhere like this for months?
– How was it marked as “received” without checking the contents?
I tried reaching out, but there’s no phone number, no real support — just an email response telling me to file a claim with FedEx.
But let’s be real… how am I supposed to file a claim 3+ months later?
There’s zero accountability here, and I’m being left to deal with this alone.
Some of those cards weren’t just valuable — they were personally meaningful to me. I’m honestly devastated and don’t know what to do next.
If anyone has gone through something similar or has advice, I’d really appreciate it.
