With all the new "investors bros" in the hobby, it got me thinking about how the average collector choose their chase card in any given set. Is it based on the art or the value of the card, or maybe a little of both? Sure it's nice to have an expensive sought after, rare card, but my chase is always based on art. Most time my chase is under 20 dollars! How do you choose what your chase card is?
