Teleported to a Pokèmon Center and heard the shiny jiggle. I then spent the next 10 minutes trying to capture this Fletching because it was programmed to despawn if approached.

Get close and the Fletching on the billboard are programmed to fly away, but if you don’t get close enough the throw doesn’t reach the Pokèmon.

I honestly didn‘t even know they were catchable at all.
