Hack/Cheat for PokemonGO. Tutorial shows how to install and update to the developmental branch.
Python: https://www.python.org/downloads/ (Download Python 2.7.12)
Get-pip.py: https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py (right click, choose save link as, save as ‘get-pip.py’)
When Python is Installed, double click the downloaded get-pip.py and wait for it to install.

Command Lines:
Install Pip:
Shift + Right Click in the location of the un-zipped program.
(directory to your pip.2.7.exe) install -r requirements.txt
Example: C:Python27Scriptspip2.7.exe install -r requirements.txt
Command to enter every time you want to use the map:
Shift + Right Click in the location of the un-zipped program.
(Directory to your Python.exe) runserver.py -a ptc -u ****** -p ****** -l “Some Location” -st 10 -H 0.0.0.0 -L en
Example: C:Python27Python.exe runserver.py -a ptc -u Username -p Password123 -l “Santa Monica Pier, California, USA” -st 7 -H 0.0.0.0 -L en
