On Wednesday, there was a massive update in Pokemon GO. This update brought sweeping changes to both PvP and Raid content in Pokemon GO. In this video I will be covering how these changes affect Pokemon GO’s Raid/Gym meta. In short, we have a new top Fighting-type Pokemon named Lucario. Get’s Aura Sphere for free and Aura Sphere is the most powerful charge move in the game. Wow. Kyogre also gets an upgrade with Surf and Tangrowth with the well deserved Power Whip. All Ground-types also received buffs through Mud Slap and Earthquake. The greatest benefactor on the Ground-type side is Rhyperior, who is now on the level of Groudon and Garchomp.
Did I mention we also have some legacy moves back in the pool? Shadow Claw Gengar, Dragon Breath and Dragon Claw Dragonite, and Body Slam Snorlax to name a few. Definitely hype!
