So, the question becomes just how good is Counter Alakazam in the meta? In Raids, eh, look for another Pokemon. However, for the PvP Counter Alakazam looks pretty hot! In the Great League Alakazam now picks up wins against various Steel and Dark-type Pokemon including Registeel, Bastiodon, Skarmory, and Zweilous, while also maintaining its wins vs other Psychic-type Pokemon. It looks like a more fragile Deoxys Defense Forme, but there are a list of things it can do that Deoxys-D cannot. And for players involved with Silph Cups? Yeah. Counter Alakazam is a beast.
