A Detailed Analysis about how DeNA does Bulk calculations for Single Player for Aggro

I was able to create 2 pairs with the exact same bulk.
As the pokemon with the highest bulk is the one that generates aggro, in case of 2-3 identical bulks the AI will target the first pokemon following this order: mid, left, right.
Gear: Maxed 2 star Fire Pin.
