Fire Punch Groudon and Aqua Tail Palkia are coming soon to Pokemon GO. With these new attacks, both Pokemon are making waves in the Go Battle League Master League Meta. In this video I’ll be going over how Fire Punch Groudon and Aqua Tail Palkia affect Master League PvP. I will also be covering Groudon’s specific matchup data and potential Best Buddy Breakpoints. Overall, Groudon will be redefining what’s good and Palkia is a nice new option, but nothing revolutionary.
Fire Punch Groudon will be part of the Pokemon GO Throwback Challenge 2020: Hoenn Event on May 15th. Fire Punch is an event exclusive attack that will require an Elite Charge TM. Aqua Tail will be a movepool expansion for Palkia coming soon with no need to Elite TM.
