Tapu Bulu is a relatively easy challenge for F2P players if you don’t count that Wood Hammer in the last phase.
Just always remember, if you work hard on completing all limited events and farm Sync orbs daily, it’s easy to form teams without using busted Sync Pairs like SS Kanto trio.
