5* Select Special Scout x 15 cost 3000 paid gems while 5* Select Special Scout x 25 cost 5000 paid gems.
Note that 5000 paid gems select scout have gacha rate of a PokeFair.
Usually, when DeNA introduces 3000 paid gems select scout, the last scout was x11 draw while prior scouts were x10 scouts. You can select one sync pair after the draw which effectively make you eligible to scout 16 and 26 sync pairs respectively.
