Leon and Charizard Scout!
Damn, 1% is not high! Had to go all the way to max scout points to get him to 2/5. Hence I gave him my 5* striker candy to make him 3/5. Nevertheless the 5* rate has increased to 12%, which I am quite happy that I’ve got lots of new sync pairs and move level upgrades along the way!
