Champion Stadium – Johto Challenge Week 30
(22 March 2021 – 28 March 2021)
As usual, a rather more f2p friendly options against Master Mode, scoring 7,500 points as a whole. Again, just want to clarify that my definition of f2p units include all story units, legendary event units, and all 3*/4* gacha units. I believe with few months of playing without paying a single penny, you should be able to get all these units easily.
Here’s some notes when using these teams against the matches.
1) Koga (1500 Pts)
Typical Poison and Trap Stall Team. Opponent’s Venomoth is heavy in Sp Atk, hence Starmie provide Sp Def buff while Masquerain debuff’s Opponents’ Sp Atk.
2) Will (1500 Pts)
Poison stall team could easily take him down without using Trap. Normally stages with poison weakness will have lower level of ‘Lessen Poison’ Passive (i.e. Lessen Poison 5 for this case). As opponents have both physical and special attacks, Salamance is there to provide both Def buffs.
3) Karen (1500 Pts)
Again, another typical Poison and Trap Stall Team. Swanna acts as the impenetrable wall and healer to the team.
4) Bruno (1500 Pts)
Mewtwo saved the day once again. The trick is to eliminate Machamp before it can sync.
5) Lance (1500 Pts)
What can I say more? Xerneas as the ultimate meat tank and you have Palkia (a.k.a CS11 Striker) in the team. Same trick, to eliminate Dragonite before it can sync.
