Champion Stadium – Kanto Challenge Week 39
(24 May 2021 – 30 May 2021)
As usual, just want to clarify that my definition of f2p friendly include all story units, legendary event units, and all 3*/4* gacha units (i.e. No 5* Gacha units). I believe with few months of playing without paying a single penny, you should be able to get all these units easily.
If you find it hard to replicate my moves, for example unable to sync twice before opponent could even sync once, I have done a detailed guide on how to do Champion Stadium scoring 7500 points overall (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vClKmTL6IrA&t=20s). In the guide I mainly cover on:
– Brief explanation of each battle style
– Team compositions
– Parameters
– Strategy during battles
Here’s some notes when using these teams against the matches:
1) Lance (Dragon Weakness)
Initial plan was to use stall team against Bruno (Ground weakness) and Haxorus again Lance. However was having difficult time to stall out Bruno. Also, the Round 1 Parameter (i.e. use sync move quickly) is not really favourable in most of the F2P matchup, hence I have to switch up the teams and use stall with Swanna (aka Ultimate f2p tank) against Lance instead.
2) Lorelei (Electric Weakness)
Standard pre-sync race, take note of MG issue.
3) Agatha (Ghost Weakness)
Standard pre-sync race, ideally you want to prompt for more MPR for Rosa’s ‘Time to Energize!’, otherwise you will end up like me not having enough MG against the side opponents. Luckily Mewtwo’s evasiveness helps.
4) Bruno (Ground Weakness)
Since there is no decent f2p ground striker, and its rather tough to stall it out, I had to brute force it with Palkia using pre-sync race method. Do note that Onix has endurance.
5) Blue (Fire Weakness)
Oh gosh Ho-oh is just pure OP.
