Nintendo’s Anti-Piracy Measures.

In no way am I condoning the act of piracy, but discussing the cool ways, especailly Nintendo, prevent it. but I cool videos on YouTube, such as how Videos Game Tackle piracy and came across the whole Creepy Anti-Piracy Screens, such as how it kills your Nintendogs and other things and the creepy way Mario Kart sends you in to creepy tracks, I noticed how some just kindly ask you to turn the console off, and remove cartridge, while if you cannot identify your GameCube optical will disabled until manually fixed by Nintendo;

And some go very creepy pasta, with Mario Party claiming to know where you live and that they will find you, which is scare mongering to prevent people from doing it again and then clams to send the console data to Nintendo and Mario Kart Wii sending a console ban wave, if they first instruction is not followed, did these retro console have anyway of sending details to Nintendo or software locking in any way rather than the optical drive lock of the GameCube. or is it all controlling by fear?

Does the Switch have anything like that prevents the Software or Hardware from working then just a ‘Hey Stop that and turn off your console way”? most of the ones I’ve seen are older games and I imagine it’s more strict in a nonobvious way on the Switch than the others had to be.
