Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s Booster Course Pass Wave 2 has a countdown for August 4th at 10 am EDT in the Nintendo Switch Online app. This is 7 am PDT and 14:00 UTC.
Wave 2 of the MK8DX DLC will seemingly be releasing WORLDWIDE at 10:00AM Eastern Time, or 14:00 UTC.
