To be fair, this stage is made with Deoxys in mind so the debuff barrage helps max out defenses easily making it even bulkier, however the big selling point is that even if enemies get past your evasion shenanigans, you have the bulk to take hits and what’s more you have guaranteed healing on demand with recover making you exceptionally hard to take down all while still dealing respectable amounts of damage.
