Lucky Skill: Move Gauge Refresh 2

This clear was done first by @st dk. However this time I take a slightly different route with Move Gauge Refresh 2 lucky skill over Crit Strike 2. You can check out that clear over here
This run is high rng for the few turns you’re playing it with you needing to land as much flinches as you can. Opener is exactly the same with st dk’s, going Iron Head flinch into Surging Strikes into TM since if you went Iron Head into TM unless your MGR2 procs you’re not going to be able to quadqueue and Azelf immediately gets a turn. IH into SS into TM allows us to extend flinch duration abusing quadqueue mechanics.
CS2 would allow us to deal enough damage to both bars 1 and 2 to finish them off with a Surging Strikes and bar 3 is outright demolished. With MGR2 you don’t reach these ranges, however bar generation is a huge issue with this fight so another source of bar helps greatly and I found it to be more consistent since after your first sync you were always going to be stalling for the second sync, and your second sync only needs one additional hit to finish off the bar. Bar 3 would be problematic if your endure popped before then since you’d have to quadqueue your move after max move.
